Cheryl Wills to headline National Candle Lighting Ceremony in Honor of the United States Colored Troops in Washington, DC on November 5, 2011

USCT Candlelight Ceremony Flyer Cheryl Wills is the founder of the New York Chapter of the Sons & Daughters of the United States Colored Troops. She is VERY proud to headline this important event that will pay tribute to some 200,000 black soldiers who fought in The Civil War.
